Do I need to be an experienced diver to join?

No, as long as you’re in good health and hold at least an Open Water certification (or equivalent), you’re welcome to join most expeditions. Not sure? Just reach out and we’ll advise you.

How does the payment work?

You’ll pay a deposit in advance through the website. The remaining balance is paid on location. Payment details are always clearly outlined for each trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 10 weeks before the trip. After that, cancellation fees apply. Please check our full Terms & Conditions for details.

Can I bring my own dive gear or camera?

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own equipment. Please note that Velura Diving is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal gear during the trip.

What happens if the weather is bad or a dive is cancelled?

Safety is our top priority. We’ll always try to offer an alternative plan, but some changes may depend on local conditions. You’ll be informed and guided throughout.

Can I bring someone who doesn’t dive?

In some cases, yes. Contact us to discuss options for non-diving companions.
