A booking with Velura Diving is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit as specified per expedition. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the specific terms of each trip. In some cases, full payment may be required in advance, while in others, part of the payment is settled on location upon arrival. These payment conditions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
If payments are not made by the indicated deadlines, Velura Diving reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund of any payments already made. Any additional transaction fees (e.g. international transfer costs) are the responsibility of the participant.
Prices listed on the Velura Diving website or brochure are per person and include only the items specified in the itinerary. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in costs, such as fuel, local taxes, or exchange rates. Any such surcharge will be communicated to the participant in writing. Once full payment has been received, the price is fixed and will not change.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. The deposit paid at the time of booking is refundable only if the cancellation is made more than 10 weeks (70 days) prior to the trip’s start date. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If a participant cancels, payments are non-refundable 30 days prior to departure.
Participants are encouraged to take out cancellation insurance to cover such risks.
Velura Diving is not responsible for any costs related to flights or accommodation booked independently by the participant. These are at the participant’s own risk. Each customer will receive an email stating the date after which cancellation costs for domestic flights and hotels will apply. From that date forward, cancellations will result in additional charges.
Velura Diving shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or missed flights whether domestic or international caused by airlines, natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Participants are responsible for ensuring timely arrival and are encouraged to secure appropriate travel insurance.
Velura Diving reserves the right to cancel an expedition due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
